PROBAT has always focused on the vocational training and further education of young people.
Within the scope of a total of nine commercial and technical apprenticeships, PROBAT offers comprehensive and practice-oriented training. The apprentices in production have their own training workshop at their disposal – for a particularly practical and target-oriented training on site. Six trainers, who accompany the apprentices intensively, ensure the high training standard at PROBAT. As different as the individual professions may be, they all have one thing in common – the high quality of training. After all, the individual support of the apprentices in small training groups and the familiar working atmosphere contribute to PROBAT's popular training concept.
Many of the apprentices stay with the company after their training concludes and use the various opportunities on site to qualify for further attractive tasks at PROBAT in in-service training measures.
