CHIEF DESIGN ENGINEER (M/F/D)

The following exciting tasks await you:

• Management of a technical team; you are in particular responsible for the conceptual design of machines, the preparation of drawings, detailed constructions and parts list up to the complete manufacturing of the machines
• Development and preparation of trend-setting machine concepts taking into consideration relevant standards, guidelines and documentations
• Preparation of functional descriptions, P&IDs as well as safety reviews
• Project planning of customer orders and responsible support of the
• start-up up to the handing-over to the customer (m/f/d)
• Close cooperation with the departments of sales, purchase, manufacturing, process engineering and automation
• Active involvement of customers (m/f/d) and suppliers into the construction processes and change management

You have team spirit and bring along the following:

• Completed technical studies concerning mechanical engineering or training/further training as certified technician (m/f/d) with specialisation in mechanical engineering or comparable training
• Relevant professional experience with leadership experience
• Profound CAD knowledge (preferably Solid Edge) as well as know-how concerning the relevant manufacturing processes and ERP systems
• Motivating and empathetic leadership skills
• Good communication skills, also with view to the English language
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Commitment, independence and customer orientation
• Willingness to occasionally do international business trips
