The Hamburg Dresdner Maschinenfabriken group is part of the Probat group and has a modern and fully equipped Technology Centre, in which the complete process chain from the cocoa processing up to the complete chocolate is shown.  

To strengthen our team at the site Dresden, we search at the earliest possible date for a:

CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE/REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/D)

FOR MECHANICAL AND PLANT ENGINEERING 

Your tasks: 

• Contact person for spare parts and service requests for our customers 
• Technical support (1st level) and realisation of status surveys at the customer 
• Coordination of spare parts and service availabilities 
• Preparation of quotations, shipping documents and invoices in our ERP system 
• Continuous improvement and optimisation of our processes and procedures 
• Establishment of proactive customer support and increase of service/spare parts turnover 

Your profile: 

• Technical training or comparable professional experience in after sales business field 
• Expert knowledge concerning technical machinery, electrical engineering, automation (Siemens, Rockwell are additionally an advantage) 
• You have a high level of commitment and initiative 
• You have a distinctive service mentality and hands-on mentality 
• Willingness to do international business trips even lasting several days 
• Good command of written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage 
• Analytical understanding, communication skills during customer contacts as well as team spirit and independent way of working
