LEADER AUTOMATION (M/F/D) 

The following exciting tasks await you:  

• Responsibility for the Automation Department (software and hardware) as well as for the realisation of operational projects of the department in accordance with quality, deadlines and costs - from software development and start-up to the handover of projects to customers and the assessment of projects 
• Continuous improvement of operational processes and interfaces to related departments 
• Further development and optimisation of our control concepts in clearly structured release cycles 
• Presentation of our control solutions and automation expertise to customers in an international environment 
• Supplier management and coordination of hardware and software procurements concerning scheduling and pricing 
• Automation-related complaint and after-sales management 

As team player, you bring along the following:  

• Completed technical studies, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or automation technology, optional further training as a certified technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering/mechatronics with relevant professional experience 
• Relevant management and industrial experience  
• Profound knowledge in PLC programming (S7/TIA Portal and ideally Allen-Bradley/Rockwell or other PLC programming languages) as well as in electrical design/EPLAN 
• Very good command of the English language 
• Planning and organisational skills as well as team spirit and communication skills during customer contacts 
• Independent way of working in interdisciplinary project teams
